Who is entitled to raise a claim?

All employees (current as well as former ones), and persons in the same position as employees – such as trainees, internships etc., are entitled to raise a claim

and candidates who has coperated with us and/or are currently using our services of personal agency.

How can you raise a claim?

You can raise a claim electronically through email address whistleblowing.CzechRepublic@adecco.com or personally with below mentioned responsible person or through the telephone as mentioned below with the responsible person. In case that the telephone number is not reachable, please kindly send your request for telephone claim to the relevant email. You shall be afterwards contacted.

You can also formally raise a claim at Ministry of justice platform (https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/chci-podat-oznameni/ ).
