Invoicing Specialist


For our international client in České Budějovice, we are looking for Invoicing Specialist with English and Polish language.
Join our growing team of experts in Customer service and Invoicing processes! 🤝
Key responsibilities:
  • Create timely and accurate manner invoices as per shipping plan
  • Review contract terms to ensure accurate billing to costumers
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, maintain detailed records of all transactions and billing activities
  • Perform regular audits of a sample of invoicing to catch potential issues

What we are looking for:
  • Detail oriented person with analytical mindset and good organizational skills
  • Candidate with English and Polish language
  • Invoicing Specialist with min. 1 year of experience
