MHE Operations Director
The MHE Operations Director serves as the primary point of contact for all escalations at the Distribution Center and leads the DC Management Team through mentoring, staffing, and training initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Program Manager, this role ensures all site contract obligations are met and compliance with corporate policies is upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, optimize processes, and ensure team alignment with objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Lead the on-site team, foster collaboration, and inspire innovation.
- Handle escalations, negotiate contracts, and oversee improvement projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a production manager.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with engineering procedures and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Czech and English; German is a plus.
