MHE Operations Support Manager
The FORTNA On-site Operations Support Manager leads the team at each Distribution Center, focusing on mentoring, staffing, and training. Collaborate with staff and engineering, serving as the SME for System Operations with knowledge in Software, Mechatronics, and System Integration. The manager drives system improvements, conducts studies, and provides recommendations. Responsibilities include managing CMMS, parts, and maintenance planning, in collaboration with the Site Maintenance Manager and System Specialist Manager. Ensure compliance with safety requirements and oversee documentation and training aids in CMMS. Additionally, the manager submits RCAs and ensures all training and documentation meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages department activities and results according to strategy.
- Leads, coaches, and develops employees.
- Collaborates on operational and tactical activities.
- Optimizes processes to achieve goals.
- Monitors industry developments and proposes improvements.
- Advises senior management.
- Ensures alignment with stakeholders.
- Prepares and adjusts the team/department's budget.
- Connects teams for synergies and collaboration.
- Makes budget-aligned decisions that improve the team.
- Creates and manages KPIs and management reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Team-oriented professional.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical background.
- Proficiency in CMMS and technical processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Czech and English (German is an advantage).
