Residential maintenance team leader
As a team leader, you will be the key figure for our maintenance teams, composed of talented electromechanical engineers and specialists. Your leadership will inspire and push the team to higher levels, ensuring top performance in every shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily team reporting to the MHS Maintenance manager.
- Suggesting and improving technical processes and installations.
- Preparing reports on the technical condition of installations according to contracts and KPIs using SCADA, WES, WCS, CMMS, and Microsoft software.
- Coordinating maintenance with planners and maintenance engineers.
- Working with the control room to handle failures and escalations in automation systems.
- Following safety regulations.
- Constantly improving the performance of our systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or electromechanical vocational training.
- Managerial experience in service and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.
- Trained in CMMS and troubleshooting.
- Experience leading a small team.
